About Mahmutlar

Mahmutlar is a city located between Kestel and Kargıcak; approximately 12 kilometres South of Alanya centre. Unlike Kestel and Kargicak, high-rise buildings are allowed in Mahmutlar. Of course, this does not mean that Mahmutlar looks like New York, but apartment buildings with 10-12 floors are more often the rule than the exception in Mahmutlar.

Mahmutlar is growing rapidly and this is reflected in the property offering, which consists almost exclusively of flats.  New projects are launched almost every week in Mahmutlar and the quality of the latest projects is excellent.

Mahmutlar is very popular among European buyers and this is of course not without a reason: you really have everything for a comfortable life at hand. The beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATM's etc are all within walking distance.The proximity of the Dimçayı River, where you can enjoy a picnic by the riverbank or eat trout in one of the excellent fish restaurants, is also a great attraction and a day trip to the Dimçayı River is an unforgettable experience.
